[vscode] if you use Neo Vim (nvim) extension and the problems popup does not disappear using ESC

 You need to change When condition of vscode-neovim.escape.

1. Open Keyboard Shortcuts.

2. Right click on each Escape key entry and select 'Change When Expression'.

3. Append following expression.

  && !markersNavigationVisible
