Just a random thought. What about focusing(or studying) on one language for a day and do it for a week.

• Monday - C++ (use at work)
  
• Tuesday - Python (use at work)
  
• Wednesday - Go (use at work)
• Thursday - Common Lisp (try to use for internal projects at work)
  
• Friday - Rust (plan to replace some components in our product)
  
• Saturday - Haskell (for hobby projects)
  
• Sunday - Dart (for Flutter projects)

군발두통

한쪽 눈과 관자놀이, 이마 주변이 아프고 눈물, 콧물이 흐르거나 이마에서 땀이 나면 군발(群發)​두통을 의심해야 한다.

밤낮 길이가 뒤바뀌는 봄과 가을에 몸의 생체시계를 주관하는 시상하부가 자극받아 신경계가 흥분하는 것이 원인이다.

보통 15분~3시간 이내로 통증이 사라진다.

하지만 일반 진통제로 완화되지 않는다.

뇌 신경 기능을 원활히 하는 신경전달물질 양을 늘리는 트립탄 계열 약물을 써야 낫는다.

고농도 산소를 흡입하는 것도 도움이 된다.

남성에게 흔하다.

맥락막

공막과 망막 사이에 위치한 안구벽.

혈관과 멜라닌 세포가 풍부한 얇은 막.

외부에서 들어온 빛이 분산되지 않도록 하는 역할.

눈 뒷부분에서는 맥락막, 앞부분에서는 홍채로 작용.

포도막 = 맥락막 + 모양체 + 홍채
